First Premolar Extraction

Hi guys. I had my bottom left first premolar extracted at 15:30. I have a 9h motorbike lesson at 09:00. I asked the dentist if its ok to wear a motorbike helmet in that time frame and he said it should be ok. However im worried if the pressure on the face can affect the fresh blood clot. Any experienced people able to give input?
