Blacklist certain debuffs on nameplates?

I am using the baseline nameplate debuffs from Blizzard UI, however it is showing some debuffs I do not care to have on nameplates (i.e. Wound Poison). Is there any setting or addon where I can "blacklist" specific debuffs to avoid them all showing on nameplates?
