Very time sensitive IVF medication stuck in Memphis, what can we do?

Insurance would only give us certain amount of days of medication, we are running out and really need this delivered tomorrow, we already had to ask our clinic for emergency supplies. I called and the agent said it was designed as emergency medical but is there anything else we can do?
