Ultralight Summer Quilt?

Hey everyone!! Looking for recommendations on an ultralight quilt or sleeping bag for the spring/summer/fall months where it’s warmer here in the southeast USA (NC, TN, VA, GA, KY area). I currently have a Nemo Disco 15 bag for the colder weather but thinking this will absolutely kill me via sweating to death as the temps warm up 🤣 I am assuming a quilt is the way to go here?
