Basic cashback card for any transaction?

Is there a card out there that just gives a flat 3% (or something) for any & everything?

I recently got an amex BCP but super annoyed at the grocery 6% limitations (my butcher, walmart, etc dont count).

Is there anything that isnt category based or really strict with category definitions, and just an easy every day cashback card (more than 1%….)?
