Has anyone moved to Puerto Rico from the contiguous 48 to work?

Wife and I are potentially considering moving. We are both Spanish speakers (me less than her- but I get by) and I was wondering if anyone at EY has done this before. I assume no issue since it is still EY americas but wanted more insight before I ask one of the Partners.
