Is anyone else still lvl <70

I play with my buddy two-three times a week because it's not easy to coordinate.. Run a dungeon or two. Currently sitting at half way through level 63 and feeling like I might end up missing this xpac. My only goal is to do heroics and kara, I'm a prot paladin.
