Ariel Rider Kepler Dual Battery

Anybody have experience with this particular ebike and brand? I’ve watched a couple reviews on YouTube, and they’ve been mostly positive. Is this brand reputable and reliable? I checked the website and wasn’t able to confirm whether the bike is UL Certified or not. What about IPX ratings? Any help or insight would be much appreciated.
