Sudden vomiting budgie before bed

trying to keep it short. shes currently moulting which started 3 days ago, just now literally 20mins before bed she started throwing up seeds but still looks very active. she was flying all day today and very energised despite her moult.

The vomitting stopped after 3mins and she flew on my shoulder and cleaned herself while on me. She looks fine? And shes nibbling me again like she usually does. Last time she vomitted she looked very unwell and I took her vets but they said she just needs rest. Now shes not acting unwell but very active and herself again. She threw up a lot of seeds now looks fine. Could it be because she ate something wrong? She was nibbling on this blanket she loves that she poops on too could it because of that?

Im guessing something irritated her crop because now shes behaving completely normal, usually never does when she threw up in past.
