AIO man yelling “b***h!” at women in grocery store

I live in a very small town with a great food co-op which I frequent. I’ve seen a young-ish man around town who appears to talk to himself and thought he might have some condition associated with this. Until today, I couldn’t ever make out what he was saying. He is cleancut, well-groomed, physically fit, well-dressed, rides a nice bicycle, and is out and about by himself, so it seems to me he has some level of social/ situational awareness, autonomy, and integration.

Today he was in the food co-op, which is a quiet, friendly space, yelling “b**ch!” at every woman passing by. I am a woman and wasn’t okay with this. I didn’t say or do anything but it bothered me and I don’t think it should be tolerated. if i witness it again I will say something to the store manage. AIO?
