Waxing ingrowns

Hello I'm a pretty hairy man and I've gotten a few full body waxes done now. From about 30 minutes after my wax to about 2 weeks later, I get extreme red spotting and ingrowns. The redness starts to disapate once my hair starts growing back ....of course. It's particularly bad on my chest and upper groin region I'm assuming because those are the areas my hair is the coursest and thickest. I exfoliate every day after my wax, apply finipil cream, and witch hazel but the ingrowns don't seem to improve much.

Anything you guys would recommend I try or do differently? The ingrowns lasting until my hair starts growing back is extremely frustrating.
