Advice for Next Steps

Hi all! I would like some advice for next steps in my career.

I’ll be graduating from my MPH program this May and I plan to move to the Central Valley for personal reasons hopefully within the next year or so. I have been working as a Health Educator since last August. As I am preparing to graduate, I have been debating when to start looking for a new job in the Central Valley, as I currently live in OC. I ideally want to get to my 1 year at my job but I am not sure if I should try to stay longer or not. I get paid about $21 an hour. I do have various expenses and will need to start paying off some loans soon. I guess I am a little worried if I leave at or before my first year (too soon?) but also my job is very repetitive and my pay is basically capped. It has been great first job in the field but I also need to consider my goals and expanding my experience.
