Spurs getting relegated

Hello guys! I'm not from the UK, so I'm not familiarized with the PL or Championship financial rules.

What Is gonna happen with the Spurs squad if they get relegated? Will they be forced to sell 60% of the squad and keep the YA players mostly, or there's a chance to send the big players on loan until they get back on PL?

Of course, I'm leaving out of the equation the player's desire. I'm sure that most of them will want to leave.

I'm thinking about starting a CM with them in live start points, and forcing relegation. So, I want to be realistic with my decisions
