Housewarming gift ideas for new neighbors?

We have new next door neighbors. I’ve interacted with them a few times since they moved in last week. She gave me her number when we spoke. They actually seem pretty cool! Married couple in their 30s with no kids. Black wife, white husband. We are 33 & 43 both black. (Yes, that matters) Our condo community is fairly diverse but it’s nice to have a couple/girl my age & demographic close by. They seem like our kind of people.

I’m more on the introverted private side so I’m not the type of neighbor to be all up in someone’s business or constantly pestering. My partner is more extroverted but also not nosy. We keep to ourselves & seems like they do too. I’m not looking to be besties but it would be nice to be cool with my neighbors or if anything know someone may have my back in case of emergency & vise versa.

What would be a good housewarming gift? I’m a good cook but I know people can be picky or not interested in others’ cooking. Also don’t want to give them alcohol or a gift card. I can spend about $30.
