Macbook PRO CPO battery with 4 cycles + drained

Hi,
I bought MBP M2 MAX CPO and to my surprise when I took it out of the box battery was completely discharged. I plugged it in, and now when it's at 80 % checked system information - it says that it's 4 cycles now.

Just wondering - is that normal and fine with CPO products?
