Does Ireland celebrate Halloween?

This is a bit of a goofy question lol, but I plan on moving to Ireland in the future when I'm financially stable enough to(I'm from America), and I was wondering if they celebrate Halloween like America does, or if they celebrate at all? It won't affect my decision either way, but Halloween has been a HUGE part of my life since I was a child, so it'd be nice to know if they go all out there like we do in America, trick or treating and decorating and dressing up and stuff lol.
