Samsung Promised a Credit Then Renegged

Has anyone else had interaction with Samsung, they promise a credit if you keep your order and then state they cannot issue the credit because the order is not eligible. Just spent over an hour with customer care. I was finally provided some dispensation but not near the amount I was expecting and it took an hour of excruciating conversation.

Very disappointing.
