Built a B2C app and a then a B2B app & the difference is wild

I have two products running simultaneously right now. One is a niche gaming app that had paying users within the first day, spreads naturally through gaming communities, and converts quickly. The other is a B2B proposal tool for RFP responses called Pozal.ai that has been a completely different animal.

B2B is so much slower, the trust barrier is higher, and getting someone to just try it for free is harder than getting someone to pay for the gaming app.

Anyone else experience the same thing jumping between B2C and B2B? What changed your growth trajectory on the B2B side?
