help!! how to preserve a sticker but still keep it usable?

hi all!! i could use some ideas/pointers - i have a super rare sticker from 2003 that i desperately want to put on my car, but i’m worried about the quality of the sticker, 1. after 23 years, is it even sticky? and 2. when exposed to the weather. any ideas how i can preserve the sticker but still be able to use it as a sticker? i’m thinking of turning it into a magnet, which would solve any issues regarding the potentially old sticker adhesive, but i can’t think of a way to protect the front of the sticker, the most important part!! some sort of lamination situation? pls help 🥲❤️
