what am i doing wrong? gmt bruce wayne vsf model

I keep setting my gmt, vsf btw, and everytime i do, hours later i check, and for some reason its exactly 3 hours behind, i havent been able to catch when it doesnt reach the correct time or why and when its holding back 3 hours, but its exactly three hours back to hte minute, to the second! i just dont understand whats going on, is the movement bad? its literally 3 months old lol any helpd would be appreciated, thanks so much guys!
