Recommendations for a shorter section of the fisherman's trail in Portugal

Question — Itinerary

I'm gonna travel to Portugal in about two weeks and thought of doing two or three sections of the fisherman's trail, I'm traveling with public transport with a suitcase and a day bagback and will be coming from Lisbon.

After the fisherman's trail, I'll eventually need to go to Faro. I have experience with hiking e.g. the alps.

Which section would you recommend for such a 2-3 day hiking trip? Since I'll need to get luggage transport booked I assume I have to stay the night before starting at an accommodation in the area already, and also stay the night after my final day hiking to have my luggage delivered to an accommodation there, is this correct?

Which service can you recommend, and how far in advance do you need to book it, and same for the accommodations? Are there any really dangerous parts e.g. along the cliffs?

Thanks alot for your advice!
