Pre approval offer website

Hi all! I’ve been looking at balance transfer cards and got a pre-approval offer from my credit union for a 0% for 24 months one. I believe it’s an Elan financial one - so similar terms to the US Bank card. I’m thinking my credit union might offer me a higher limit though, I have nearly a 30 year history with them including a couple paid off car loans.

It says to apply with newcardapply.com. Does this seem like a legit website? Has anyone had experience with it?

Credit score is FICO is 797-800 right now, revolving utilization is 15%, and I have a car loans and student loans. I also have a mortgage, but that isn’t reported to the credit agencies.
