I want to share my brutally honest experience with freecash. Firstly, I’ve been with freecash for multiple years. Like everyone else, my cashouts were paused because I needed to verify my ID. After doing so, I was free to play on as normal. Currently my cashouts are paused due to unusual activity, and that’s what has driven me to write up this review.

Positives:

Freecash pays

Offers track(most of the time)

Support works

Games pay well

Can be unbanned

Cons:

Paused Cashouts (unusual activity, VPN)

Surveys barely qualify

Withdrawal fees

Certain games guaranteed to chargeback

Now let’s talk about it!

YES, FREECASH REQUIRES ID VERIFICATION. YOU CAN NOT AVOID IT. IF YOU WANT TO EARN WITH FREECASH YOU NEED TO VERIFY YOURSELF. IT’S NOT WEIRD, IT’S NOT ABNORMAL.

The positives. Freecash does pay. I have made an incredible amount of money (in the standard of playing mobile games) during my time here. My offers most of the time track, I get credited for them, and the withdrawal is fast and smooth. A couple of occasions I have contacted support for questions regarding the site, and tickets, and I’ve always gotten appropriate responses and answers every time. Games pay well, and mostly track without problems. If you spend money, your games payout can multiply and honestly, who doesn’t like extra money?

Their support does work, and you can get in contact with real agents rather than the AI bot. You may have to ask for a real agent, or email their support but you are able to get away from the bot if you need to. Real agents are understanding and informative, you just need to listen to what they are telling you.

There is a difference between paused cashouts and being banned. Paused cashouts are exactly that, a pause from you withdrawing your earnings until they can verify what’s happening. Being banned means you are prohibited from accessing the site period. You can not login, you can not complete tasks, you can not do anything. If you are banned due to ID verification, you can be unbanned! It’s very easy and common to deal with this. Not every bannable offense is unbannable, but stop panicking and let support assist you!

Now the cons. I’ve had a couple offers in the past not track, and when contacting support regarding that matter, I was rewarded the credit that was owed to me. It is still stressful to deal with it, nobody likes spending their time and money to earn, just for it to not show your work and you miss out.

Surveys never worked for me, and many others have issues with It. Surveys are extremely picky, and more often than not, you will not qualify for the survey.. yes, even after you’ve spent 30 minutes, you can still be disqualified at the very end.

There are withdrawal fees. Almost every option on the site will take a little bit of money, for you to get your money. It’s not a big deal, and it’s never a lot. ($200 withdrawal takes $10).

Chargebacks are not fun. The harsh truth is, some games simply guarantee a chargeback. Other games will not track under any circumstances (looking at YOU RayGames) pay attention to the subreddit of known games that chargeback. (Box Jam, Domino Dreams, Dice Dreams, etc)

With all of this in mind, I’ve made my experience on freecash painless and enjoyable by simply doing these few things.

Offer doesn’t track? Ignore it.

Second offer doesn’t track? Skip that entire game.

Don’t touch surveys, they won’t qualify me.

Don’t contact support unless absolutely necessary, they already have enough tickets as it is.

Cashout as soon as I finish a game.

Yes, game. I don’t Cashout a little bit here, a little bit there. I wait until a game is completely finished, and then I cash it all out at one time in one lump sum. Why do I do this? Because the money I make on freecash is never “my money” until it hits my bank. Until then, it’s money I have a chance of getting and I’m hoping for the best. Overall, freecash is not a bad place to play, but some users read only negative reviews and immediately panic while still trying to use the site, causing them to be rude or disappointed. Oh and no, I’m not a Freecash employee lmao but I like to show my support and respect to any person or business that puts money in my pockets. 🤝

TL;DR freecash is a great place for side income. It has its issues, and that’s okay. Nothing and nobody is perfect. Forgive, enjoy, and move on.
