My mom goes away on work trips and I get lonely should I ask her to get me a babysitter for me?

my mom goes away for about 7 months out of the year and she doesn’t bring me I’m 18 years old I get really lonely at home with no one to hang out with or talk to. Do I ask her to get a nanny or a babysitter to come live with at our house when my mom’s away??
