Religious identity of Turks

I noticed that Turks are much less religious than their christian neighbours like the Greeks, Armenians and Georgians. They take pride in their christian heritage. Unlike most Turks who hate Islam and Arabs and absolutely hate it to be associated with other Muslims and Islam. What is your opinion?
