Needing a Weather/Radar app for my wife’s birthday lol

So I moved to Oklahoma (where she’s from) and the weather is definitely more spicy than what I’m used to. I used to get the occasional hurricane, but tornadoes freak me out. She’s a huge weather geek and wants a really good radar/tracker. I saw Radar Omega, but its latest reviews are all one star. The other one I saw was Radar Scope, but you have to pay for the app itself and then a subscription for all the features I think? Is it worth it? Any other recommendations?
