Effectiveness of emergency medication??

Question

Please no judgment, I just want to learn a bit more about it🥲 i’m not gonna lie, I’m sort of a weed addict. I do it daily and I try to smoke the strongest stuff I can find. I try to usually stick to one session a day, right before bed. I still consistently take my meds, of course. I also avoid drinking.

But I’ve noticed the pattern in my body. I’ve known for a while. The majority of my seizures are focal/absence seizures. I’ve probably had hundreds of those since the age of eight. However, tonic colonic seizures are very very rare. I’ve only had a small handful.

I noticed that when I do my smoke session, I don’t have any seizures. Even if I do it many days in a row. However, when I do it every single day with my strong pen for months on end, I start getting focal seizures. I’ll get focal clusters throughout the week and eventually I’ll get one or maybe two tonic clonic seizures.

When I have clusters or a tonic, chronic seizure, I go to the ER, and they give me rescue medication (1000mg of keppra with an iv bag). And after that, I noticed that all my seizures vanish. The big ones in the small ones. The focals and the tonics. And then when I go back home and resume smoking, I still get no seizures nor do I feel even a tiny bit vulnerable to any triggers around me.

Based off of how my body reacts to it, this kind of means that my body is sort of on square one again… where I can smoke every day four months on end without any seizures.

For epileptics, drinking is more dangerous than smoking weed. So if you do drink, you need to do it very rarely and responsibly. So normally I wouldn’t be doing it now, but based off of how the rescue medication always works, I’m almost certain that I can drink tomorrow just for one night and get away with it.

I haven’t drank in so long specifically so I can have one night to drink during spring break (tomorrow). All I want to know is: do you guys think that I can get away with drinking tomorrow?? (Context: I had a couple of focal seizures for the first time in a while and I went to the ER and I just got the 1000mg injected).
