How to registerproduct warranty? (Dreo baristamaker)

When I received my foam maker it had a QR code to register my product, but it wants to know where I purchased from and of course only big box stores are listed. I reached out to influenster a few weeks ago to ask how I can register the warranty and they have not got back to me, but gave responded to other tickets I've opened since then. Has anyone ever registered any IF products without providing purchase info? I hate to lose out on the warranty but I'm not sure what to do. TIA!
