Can anyone suggest some really good hotels in Udaipur to go along with my girlfriend?

Hey! I am looking for really good hotels in old udaipur to day with my girlfriend. It’s her first time in Udaipur and hence, something authentic would work. Not very off the budget but I can go higher with that if the hotel is really nice. Don’t suggest Jagat Niwas! The price is extremely high on the days which we are planning to go on.
