Canyon Grail CF 7 vs Trek Domane AL 4 Gen 4 (riding around Paris)

Hi all,

Trying to choose between the Canyon Grail CF 7 and the Trek Domane AL 4 Gen 4.

I’m based in Paris and mostly ride road around Île-de-France (60–120 km rides), but sometimes rough pavement and a bit of light gravel.

Is the Grail overkill if I’m mostly on road? Or is the Domane the better all-around choice for comfort and long rides?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s ridden either.
