Trying not to spiral over my betas

Advice Needed

For context, I’ve had two early losses, both before 20 DPO. My midwife suspected based on testing at the time that they might have been due to low progesterone and suggested that I try supplementing with my next pregnancy.

It’s been almost a year since my last loss and we weren’t even trying anymore, so of course I ended up getting pregnant this month after not tracking anything! So the DPOs listed below are my best guess based on my usual cycle patterns and ovulation symptoms, though I could very easily be off by 2-3 days in either direction.

15 DPO - HGC 151

17 DPO - HGC 312

My progesterone was on the lower end for both draws, so I started using suppositories and we gave it a week to kick in and came back to test again

24 DPO - HGC 2393

My midwife is happy with the increase, and mentioned that HGC can start on the lower side in pregnancies that require progesterone supplements. I can see for myself that doubling is right on track, and when I look up online data, I’m right down the average/median for HGC by DPO.

However, reading people’s stories, I can’t help comparing numbers and noticing that it looks like pregnancies all seem to start with HGC numbers that are sky high compared to mine, and people with numbers similar to mine all ended up miscarrying. I’m supposed to go in for a sono at 7-8 weeks and at this point, I’ve basically convinced myself to expect nothing on the scan.

I’d like words of encouragement or realistic caution.
