Pet place/24 pet watch microchip… is it a scam?

Both my cats chips have been registered to them and they keep calling me about upgrading but it seems a little scammy…

They have one lifetime fee of $120

with the free service vets can find their info

Both of them also wear collars with their names on it and my phone number.
