Working Holiday Visa health requirements (adhd)

Travel

Hello,

I want to apply for a Working Holiday visa for New Zealand. In my current diagnoses ADHD and recurrent depressive disorder are listed. The depressive diagnosis was suspected before I received the correct ADHD diagnosis.

However these conditions do not affect my daily life or my ability to work and I am very unlikely to need any related medical treatment during the stay.

In the visa application there is the question: "Do you have any of the following medical condition(s): Cancer, Heart disease, A mental, physical or intellectual disability?"

Since my conditions do not limit my functioning and would not represent a disability during the time of the visa I am unsure how to answer this.

Is it acceptable to answer "No" in this case or should I answer "Yes" and explain the diagnoses in detail even though they do not impair my daily functioning?
