Why do I keep getting rejected from job posts?

Like at this point I got rejected 3 different times from postings I applied to. Its not like im a shitty worker I come in do my job and go. Theres people with significantly less seniority than me getting new and desirable spots over people who been here years.

And it doesnt help when I ask for feedback its just generic responses. My reviews are solid, my attendance is fine so what else is there that Im missing ?? Its discouraging because Im tired of only being seen as someone that pushes baskets day after day after I tried so hard to learn multiple different departments since I been here.
