Family sized food is a lie

Every time I've ever had family sized food, it has never been enough. You're telling me these small ass portions of food is meant to feed four people, how? At worst, it leaves me feeling even hungrier and somehow less full than before I ate. At best, it holds me for an hour before I am hungry again. People say America has big portions of food but I am not seeing that anywhere, it's all a snack. I don't even wanna know how small other countries food portions gets. Literally the only time a family sized food has been enough is deep dish pizza, that's it
