Help pricing a community pool

This pool is in a community and roughly 39ft x 19ft.

It is uncovered. I dont have photos yet, I will by next week. Anyone have starting point prices and how frequently I should suggest service? I am mostly a residential guy with a few community fountains, this will be the first community pool ill bid on.
