my switch 2 and my pre factory reset account are safe?

Before doing anything, I factory reset my Switch and logged in with a different account because I plan to install the delay mod for Smash Ultimate. The account that used to be on that console is now only on my Switch 2. Is my Switch 2 or that account at any risk?
