Le Cinq vs L'Orangerie (Paris)

Will be in Paris in late April and planning to do a dinner at George V as my wife wants to see it anyway (also doing L'Oiseau Blanc as we're staying at Peninsula and Pierre Gagnaire for a lunch thanks to recs from this sub - so thank you).

I realize I'm asking comparisons of a 2* and 3* restaurant, but Le Cinq recently raised their price again to 620EUR, which is nearly twice that of L'Orangerie. Has anyone here eaten at both (or L'Orangerie at all?). Any opinions welcome of experience, value, etc.
