Stuck on same spot

I've been playing for the last 50 days, I played a bit as a kid against family members, but 50 days ago I installed the app, learned 2 openings and I've literally played 160 rapid 10 min games and 367 5 min blitz games and my elo barely went up from the starting rank.

I have 950 on rapid and 750 on blitz and I get into winning series and then losing series and I just go back from where I started.

I've done a lot of puzzles, watched a lot of videos, watched gms explaining, I have payed membership on chess.com and I still seem to be spinning in circles. What do you suggest I do to improve my rating?
