I purposely don’t do much for African-American guests.

They just tend to be difficult to please, loud, and stingy, and take for ever to choose, especially the women. I first take a long time to tend to them and if they do still stay, I just apologize if pointed out and give them some quick bullshit excuse, as I rush their order, and I don’t visit their table again beyond handing them the food and the check. Some have made complaints to the manager but as I do go the extra mile for the rest of the clients they just get ignored.

I wish it wasn’t like this, but I’ve got bills to pay.
