[REQUEST] realistic NSFW image / loop generation

Does anyone on here have a powerful enough PC and local ai model to generate a few NSFW images? Im thinking a couple pictures and a couple loops/gifs/short video. Nothing super crazy. I just dont know how to set up a local and I'm reading thats the best way to go over the online paywall models.

I'm looking to do something specific so I do have reference photos. All help is appreciated!
