Photon Mono 4 won't print anything at all

I got the photon mono 4 for Christmas last year and no matter what I do, it doesn't even print the supports. I looked up online for solutions with this exact printer but nothing really came up, and whenever I do try to print it myself nothing ends up happening, meaning no resin is used and I wasted time of my life waiting. Anyone who has this printer model knows how to get it to actually print? For context, as I already said, I'm using an Anycubic Photon Mono 4 and Anycubic Standard Grey Resin.
