Some help for power to bows vs melee weapons?

I thinking about for a while how it should work.

So like in most fiction you easily can put a power to any melee weapons and cover your weapon or your fist and strike with much greater power! Such things like aura or haki, chakra, od!

But what about the ranged weapons such as bows or even guns? They are mechanical empowered weapons so how should an aura/haki like power work on bows?

Like you make your arm stronger and the sword too and by that you increase the actual strength of your swing and the durability of your weapon but as for bows it how should happen?
