How do y’all deal with dysphoria at the hospital?

On Tuesday, I have to go to a hospital I’ve never been to to get a breast ultrasound due to concerns about possible breast cancer. Obviously, because of the nature of the appointment, focus will entirely be on my chest, which is one of my biggest sources of dysphoria. Plus, I’ll probably be deadnamed and misgendered constantly (I’m gonna ask if they can put my preferred name in the system, but this is NC, so I’m worried about having them mark that I’m trans)

How do y’all deal with dysphoria in these situations?
