Revision Recommendation

Just a quick recommendation for English Lit revision as someone who got a 9 and believes they owe it entirely to one person :)- Mark Birch on YouTube. I was lowkey gatekeeping this during my GCSE’s, but I did share with some friends if I was feeling nice enough... He’s an English teacher and not that big of a channel, so you can find some unique ideas and AMAZING techniques (mainly grade 9 stuff but I think you could also get alot of help if youre not aiming for a 9!!) Before I started watching him, I was getting grade 4’s. By the end, I was on 8’s and 9’s. I found this channel about 6 months before my GCSE’s and it genuinely helped to get me passionate about English and go onto choose it for A-Levels. His videos are often short (3-12 minutes) so is perfect for those with short attention spans who want to pick up a lot of info (like me). Anyways, take this advice how you will- some of my friends watched him but didn’t continue as they didn’t understand the techniques/didn’t like his style, some didn’t try, and others used him and went on to achieve high grades. I still use him when I can for A-Levels, he’s really brilliant!!
