1 Private Room For Rent Christie & St Clair

I'm looking for a roommate for April 1st, $950/MO already includes utilities and internet. It's a basement apartment, but the room is large enough to fit a queen bed and a sizeable desk and has two windows and a door which bring in a decent amount of sunshine.

Thirty seconds from St Clair and Christie, ten minutes walk to St Clair West Station, five minutes for groceries, large variety of great restaurants as well.

No smoking indoors. Must be clean.... Other than that I'm chill. Last month as a deposit and first month April 1st.
