[TOMT] Live Action Kids Movie(?)

I haven't a clue where I saw it on TV, I'd assume it was a Disney Channel original movie or something. I think it was in the 2000's. The scene I remember the most is that there are green giants that live as a family with the scene having a mother, dad, and daughter. The house they are in looks like regular 90's/2000's house and they were civilian clothes, they just are like witch green with warts and such. I remember the mom says to the daughter in the kitchen table I think "Honey, don't sit up, slouch." I believe they live in a society that is opposite of typical human convention.
Almost forgot: I believe it is supposed to be a retelling of Jack and the Beanstalk.
