HELP ABOUT ACTIVATION CODE

Weeks ago I pre-ordered King of Kings Edition from 2K Store for Steam and they send a mail about they will send activation code etc via my mail at 06.03.26 but hours hours after release still I haven't get my code for steam what can I do? I write email to 2k support and Xsolla support but no news..please help ):
