Hello there,

My best friend and I grew up in the Arcade Era. Games like Street Fighter, Tekken, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs has a place in our core memories so much. Then we met with collectibles. Pokémon Tazos, Yu-Gi-Oh cards etc.

My Friend started playing MTG during college and I clearly remember he was mentioning about a game where our Arcade Fighting games met with deck building games. Then life happened and he had to move on. But he never stopped thinking about this idea and I knew that eventually he'll start working on it.

Then, six months ago, he couldn't resist the urge of DIY'ing his dream game and he got into it. Recently, I've been playing the game as a fresh eye to spot some hiccups, since I'm not very famililar with these types of games, I offered him to share it on Reddit to get some real perspective.

The game is called Kvga. It's a card battler where cards merge into combos based on the order you play them. Still at early stage, needs some polishing. Have a backlog of improvements on the way already. But core mechanics got us hooked so much we find ourselves enjoying the game rather than testing it.

We wanted to share it and get some real feedback.

What do you think of the concept? Does the combo system make sense? Would love to hear your honest thoughts.

If you're interested to follow the progress, here's the steam page. Any comment is appreciated. Cheers!
