Running a small agency and slowly losing my mind, what are your biggest struggles?

So lately I’ve been drowning. Clients sending revision after revision over WhatsApp screenshots, my desktop looks like a warzone with 10 open Figma tabs, and I have no idea which project is actually due forst.

Made me realize this is probably super common.

For those of you running agencies, what are the biggest things slowing you down day to day? Cliwnt communication, project management, reporting, something else?
